I HAVE ENTERED AN INCORRECT ADDRESS WHAT DO I DO NOW?

If you have entered an incorrect address, please contact us immediately via email at myladyluana@ladyluana.com or by phone at 210-668-1699. We can only change the address within a short time frame after the order is placed to ensure quick shipping. Unfortunately, once the order is processed we are unable to make any changes or offer a refund.

 

SHIPPING + DELIVERY

We offer free shipping on all orders.
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days from the date of order placement and approval.

Please note: Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

Customers will be notified via email with the tracking number once the order has shipped.

Delivery Timeframe
The estimated delivery timeframe for orders is between 8 to 14 days. However, delivery times may vary depending on the destination and are subject to change based on various factors, including but not limited to, carrier delays, logistical challenges, and destination specifics.

For orders containing multiple items, it is possible to receive separate tracking numbers for each item, and they may arrive on separate delivery dates. Customers will be notified via email with the respective tracking numbers once the order has shipped.

 

RETURN

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return policy for eligible items:

• Return Time Frame: Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
• Eligible Items: Most items can be returned, except for intimate wear (bras, underwear, lingerie) and items that have been opened or used.
• Return Shipping: We provide a free return label or QR code. You must return the package to the carrier within 5 business days after starting a return. If not, the return request will be canceled, and no refund will be issued.

 

DAMAGED GOODS

If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item. Prompt reporting is crucial for us to address your concerns effectively.
