Order Processing and Shipment:

Orders are scheduled to be processed exactly one hour after they are placed and payment has been approved. This one-hour window allows customers to make any necessary cancellations or modifications to their order.

If you need to cancel or adjust your order (e.g., change the shipping address, size, or color), please contact us within the first hour after placing your order. After this one-hour period, order processing will commence, and cancellations or changes cannot be guaranteed.

Orders are dispatched within 1-5 business days after the processing period.

If cancellations or changes are no longer possible due to the order being processed, you can still initiate a no-cost return once you have received the order.

Please note: Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

Customers will be notified via email with the tracking number once the order has shipped.

Note: For orders containing multiple items, it is possible to receive separate tracking numbers for each item, and they may arrive on separate delivery dates. Customers will be notified via email with the respective tracking numbers once the order has shipped.
